Nara Kupenova, born as Dianna Todorova Kupenova in Varna, is an 18-year-old artist stepping into the art scene. Soon to be a graduate of PGTT “Dr. Asen Zlatarov,” Nara plans to pursue higher education in Sofia, aspiring to become an art therapist one day.
In her work, Nara explores a variety of materials, including collage art. She touches on themes such as drug addiction, sexual and feminine energy, urban life, toxic relationships, religion, and other taboo subjects.
The persona of Nara, created by Dianna, is a reflection of the chaotic life she navigates. Nara isn’t everyone’s cup of coffee and that’s exactly how it should be. She’s for those who like it a little bitter.
