Rositsa Moskova

Participant in Photography exhibition

My name is Rositsa Moskova, and photography for me is an intuitive, almost compulsive hobby. I am drawn to hidden, forgotten, and unused spaces within the urban environment - places that often go unnoticed when they are not functionally integrated into everyday life. In light and shadow, textures and forms, I uncover their secret inner life.

I am fascinated by repetition. I often capture images with my phone, returning to the same location weeks or months later to recreate the shot with a camera if the environment still allows it. This process helps me explore the shifting interactions between structures in these transient urban spaces.

I also work in a slow, deliberate way - leaving photos untouched for months before revisiting them. Time dulls the initial memory, allowing me to see the images with fresh eyes, changed by experience.
